Jaipur is the pink capital of India. There are so many Beautiful Places to Visit in Jaipur.
Hawa Mahal
This is a magnificent and colorful palace in the center of the city. The building is made of red and pink sandstone. The palace is located on the corner of the City Palace and is watched by passers-by. Through small openings that can only be seen from the face. It was built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh.
We really like taking pictures from the outside. Go early in the morning because people are always full. There are cafes across the street from the palace if you want to shoot the building right next to you. It was not immediately clear if there was a coffee shop. Go upstairs to the cafeteria and you will find coffee shops. Take a photo while drinking coffee there. You will not be accepted for going like this. They will snore very openly. Another experience I had was when I was taking pictures on the side of the palace when one of the locals insisted that people not come. And I was very surprised to be asked for a fee. Be careful of that too.
City Palace
City Palace has an entrance fee. Admission is divided into stages according to where you want to go. As soon as you arrive, I suggest you go and see for yourself. It costs a lot of money to go up and take pictures of the beautiful blue room in my photos. I have to pay more than 40,000 in Myanmar currency. Ordinary people pay only 500 rupees. Let’s just say I got hundreds of thousands of photos just because I was looking up. It is open daily from 9:30 am to 5 pm. Tickets must be purchased at the entrance.
For those who really want to learn, the colors used and the splendor of each room will be gold. I want to take pictures in almost every room. They also have a lot of good shots in their courtyards. The doors are beautiful. The pillars are beautiful. The coffee shop is beautiful. The little doors downstairs seemed to tell a story from each door.
Albert Hall Museum
This place is also great for taking photos if you have time. Shoot while the pigeons are flying in front of you. If people are clear. It has an umbrella in the center of the circle. Cars and motorbikes surrounded him, so he could record footsteps even if he could not get out. The night is also beautiful with lights. You will see one of the oldest museums. Directly in front of it is the City Gate. At this entrance, many travelers take documentary photos. Quite a lot. Motorcycle It’s a crowded place. The museum will be open from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Open daily from 7pm to 10pm.
Amer Fort (Amber Fort)
There is also a palace in this fort. It is a bit far from Jaipur. It is located on a hill and can be operated like an elephant. There is a ticket counter. Buy a ticket there. It is not expensive. We still have to see the Great Wall of China. In one of the rooms in the Sheesh Mahal, the queen wanted to sleep while watching the stars at night, so the king had made the ceiling and walls so magnificent that it shone like the stars in his room at night. You can spend half a day visiting this place.
Nahargarh Fort
Another stronghold. It takes a lot of time to get to this place. Located on the edge of the Aravalli Mountains, from here you can see the beauty of the pink city of Jaipur. It looks like a resort and has small restaurants. It is also convenient to watch the sunset. The king used to live with four queens on each side, and there were palaces for each queen. The dormitories are built around a field in the middle.
Festivals and dances were held there, and the king and queen were entertained. Remember that the other young queens have to look out the window for themselves. At one of the ceremonies, the walls on either side of the fort sounded so soft that it sounded as if you were listening to the other wall. We have tried this ourselves. This fort It is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm. Sometimes some guards would follow and explain. Their explanation is also interesting. They need to be paid for their food.
Chand Baori (Steps Well)
About 95 km from Jaipur is the Abhaneri, a beautiful and well-known staircase on Instagram. Tourists take the time to visit this well again. The well is said to be over 1,000 years old. It is 20 meters deep and has 3,500 steps. It was built by King Chand Raja around the 8th century.
Panna Meena Ka Kund (Steps Well)
There are a lot of people on Instagram who want to take beautiful photos. Not as big as Chand Baori, but beautiful. It is painted yellow / pink. This is where we came from. There are a few ancient buildings nearby, but I did not notice anything else. You can only get down early if you arrive here early in the morning. It may be necessary to pay the guards a small amount of money. It is learned that they are not allowed to go down normally. The main reason is that it can fall accidentally. In fact, it is highly irritating and unprotected.
Jal Mahal (the Water Palace)
Known as the Water Palace, the Jal Mahal is actually a three-story building with only three floors visible on the water and the other two floors are submerged. Located in Man Sagar Lake. Previously, it was possible to go by boat. Now you can watch it from a distance. The weather was hot, so we glanced at the car and left. The area is also bustling with sidewalk stalls. There are also camels for those who want to ride. Then they will follow you until they pay. I started arguing with the guide and begging.
The Patrika Gate (Jawahar Circle)
Jaipur was originally surrounded by seven main gates. The gates in Jaipur are Soorajpole Gate, Chaanpole Gate, Ajmeri Gate, Sanganeri Gate, Ghaat Gate, Samrat Gate, Zorawar Singh Gate, New Gate and this Patrika Gate. When we get to the gates, we almost always have to pass through. You will notice when you arrive. This place is often visited for its colorful creations. There is a big circle around this gate. This roundabout is so large that it would not even be noticeable if it was not visible from above. That is why this roundabout is said to be the largest roundabout in Asia.
Other places to visit
In fact, these are just some of the landmarks I have visited. I didn’t even have time to go to the market. I think it will take about a week to get it right. The beauty of this pink town is that even a coffee shop is beautiful. We also went to some coffee shops. They make you want to take a photo. Not to mention coffee shops.
